To quote Terry Pratchett "light a fire for someone and they are warm for a night, but set fire to them and they'll be warm for the rest of their lives". This is what my coach instilled in me, not the extraodinary sense of humour as I had that already, but he lit the fire to show me that we can always learn something new, that we often need someone to challenge us, to take a chance and that the rewards are worth the effort.

Wondering where the dog logo came from? Well I've been called The Brown Dog (amongst other things) for a long time, hence the dog head. But the gold? That comes from the Japanese art of Kintsugi - the art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold. It's built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art. That's we do at Rage Fitness. Welcome.
